Although it would be lovely to buy off the shelf verandah plans, here in Australia that is difficult due to permit requirements and other reasons.

In most cases, plans that will only be accepted are ones that are drawn including all information as requirements require for each council and Australian regulations. The day of drawing up your own plans are long gone!
