Initial Consultation – Give us a buzz to discuss your project needs and see if we are a good fit for you and your project. If so, we can then go ahead with the following:
- Onsite Consultation & Measure: We will advise you on items such as what permits may or may not be needed, time frames, expected issues, engineering, soil test and more. We then do a full measure up of your project, your house and block ready for the draftsman.
- Custom Design Plans: All draft plans will based on your discussions, ensuring they meet both your vision and local regulations. Plans provided include plan view, elevations and materials to be used. All plans are signed off by yourself before being submitted for permit.
- Building Permit Application Management: We take care of all the necessary paperwork for your building permit, ensuring compliance with local council requirements. This not only includes the building permit itself but all relevant paperwork and certificates including:
- House Title
- Plan of subdivision.
- Property reports
- Legal point of discharge.
- Council lodgement fee.

During the onsite measure up, we will visit your property to:

- What paperwork is involved in obtaining a building permit?

Apart from items stated in the “What paperwork is involved in obtaining a building permit?” and the application for the building permit itself, the following items listed below in point form are not included in the package. If any of the thsese items, we can aply for any or all of them for an additional fee.
- Engineering Services: Structural engineering assessments and designs.
- Soil Tests: Soil testing is sometime crucial for understanding the ground conditions and ensuring
the stability of your structure. - Planning Permits: Any specific planning permits required by local council.
- Reports and Consents:
Environmental Reports: If your project site requires environmental assessments or reports, these will need to be conducted separately.
Heritage Consents: For properties located in heritage overlays or areas with specific restrictions, obtaining heritage consents will be necessary.
