We have added the flat roof pergola calculator to provide you with an estimate of what your flat roof pergola build will cost you if you are building it yourself (diy).
- Approximate costs of materials, builders, plans & permits are as of 15th November, 2024 for Australia.
- Approximate costs for materials are based on the flat roof pergola being attached to the house including 125x125mm cypress posts, treated pine frame, colourbond or polycarbonate roof and colourbond gutters & flashings.
- Labour cost calculations are based on two tradesman, ie carpenter & apprentice.
- Plans & permit cost cover plans, building permit and associated required paperwork, ie title, council property report, legal point of discharge, etc.
